Lemony Shandy Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 light beers of choice (12oz) - check out Pittsburgh’s own FatHeads for some awesome options!

  • 1 qt lemonade

  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill glasses with ice.

  2. Fill half way with lemonade and top with beer.

  3. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Lemon Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp olive oil (check out Penn Mac in Pittsburgh’s Strip District!!)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 8 oz. block of feta cheese

  • 1/2 lemon (juice & zest)

  • Optional - garnish with a drizzle of olive oil & red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over low heat in a small pan. Add minced garlic and heat until garlic starts to sizzle - watch it so it doesn’t burn!

  2. Remove from heat and add red pepper flakes to oil.

  3. In a processor, pulse together cream cheese and feta cheese until smooth.

  4. Add the remaining olive oil, lemon juice and zest, and garlic oil to processor and pulse again until combined.

  5. Serve in desired dish and garnish with Olive oil drizzle and/or red pepper flakes!
