Without trustworthy information, they say that decisions are driven by fear, and we don't want that. So that's why we are always trying to provide the most information we possibly can and the best value we can to our clients. So on today's Q & A Sunday, I'm gonna tackle a little bit about should I buy a house right now? And I know we've been talking about this, but it's the number one question we get no matter where we go, what we do, it is always, should I buy a house right now?

Now, the easiest way to answer that question is if you can find something that is financially in your budget that you're comfortable with and that you like, you should absolutely buy it. Because if you don't buy it today, in a year, two years, five years, you're gonna kick yourself that you didn't buy it because it's gonna be worth more money.

Now, one of the other things that we get is, you know, everyone's talking about a recession. Are we in one? Are we going to one? Just so you know, the only recession that really had a negative impact on housing market was in 2008. So don't worry about that. Inflation in, you know, and a recession actually drives the real estate market up.

Now, another reason why you should think about buying is because the rent prices are so incredibly high right now. They are up significantly where they were even a year ago, and especially compared to two years ago, or pre pandemic numbers. So those are just a couple of reasons.

Again, we want to be your trusted resource for anything real estate. So if you have any questions that you want to see on a future episode, reach out to me, reach out to someone on the team, we'd love to get 'em on the show. I hope you have a great day!

As always- give us a call for any real estate-related questions!
