Hey everyone, Q & A Sunday is coming to you live today. I'm standing by the Juniata river here in central Pennsylvania, and we're coming to you live with Q & A Sunday. So - let's go today is four things, four home renovations that a seller should probably not tackle on their own - electrical, plumbing, roofs, and decks and water control - ground grading. Now, one of the things that's kind of funny because I'm standing right outside this deck right here. You really can't tell, but that, that railing definitely not to code, which is really funny because that was what today's Q & A Sunday was going to be about. And I had no idea if this deck was going to be here when I got here, but again, electrical, just too many things that could go wrong there, plumbing, again, too many things that go wrong there, roofs and decks.

I mean, those are our safety concerns and you gotta make sure they're done right. And then water control grading away from the house. So make sure water is not coming in there. Those are just a couple of DIY tricks that sellers should probably not tackle on their own. So this is a quick live Q & A Sunday coming to you from the river. I mean, check out that view. Hopefully, you're having a great day. Any day that starts on this river is gonna be a good day. Happy Sunday to you and take care. We'll see you next week.
