✨INVENTORY - In some areas, we are seeing 25% of what we normally have on the market. Less homes for buyers means working with a seasoned agent is imperative.
✨CONSUMER CONFIDENCE - the media & news certainly has done a good job at painting a grim picture of the state of the market. However, we are seeing that just isn't true! People are still buying homes. People are still selling homes. Real Estate IS a good investment!🏠
