Today on Q & A Sunday, we're going to do a market update. So you know what's happening in the Pittsburgh area. So right now there are 5,311 active listings. If you watched our Monday market updates that we used to do, you'll know that during the pandemic we were all the way down to like 3000 active homes. So inventory is climbing a little bit. Now how about solds? 16,108 houses have sold in the last six months, 16,000. That's crazy. That's a lot of houses that have sold. So that means people are still moving.

4,113 houses are currently under agreement or contingent. So that means that they're under agreement right now in the process of moving towards closing, and in the last seven days, 742 people have, uh, lowered the price of their home. So what does that mean? That means that people are being more realistic with their prices. And pricing now is more important than ever.
