Contingent?! With a House to Sell?!

If you have a home to sell or someone potentially buying your home has a home to sell - there are a few addendums to the sales agreement you need to be aware of!

SSP - Sale & Settlement of Other Property. The property goes contingent on the MLS.

SSP-CM - same as above - but the seller can continue to market the property as if it were still an active listing and the listing remains active in the MLS.

SSP - TKO - Time Kick Out - the seller gives the buyer a chance to remove the home sale contingency with a period of time before accepting another offer with another buyer. The house also must go contingent in the MLS.
