Lava Flow Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • One 10-ounce package frozen strawberries with sugar

  • 6 ounce malibu rum ( add 2 more ounces for strong drink)

  • 8 ounce pineapple juice

  • 8 ounce cream of coconut

  • 3 cup ice

Instructions:

  1. Place the frozen strawberries and rum in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the bottom of four glasses.

  2. Wash the blender and add the pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into the glasses over the strawberries. As you pour, the strawberries will swirl with the coconut mixture.

Cucumber & Dill Baguette Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened I use fat free

  • 1 cup mayonnaise I use light mayo

  • 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix

  • 2 cucumbers, sliced

  • 1-2 loaves baguette, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp. dill weed seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Slice baguette loaf into 1/2" slices.

  2. Wash, peel, and slice cucumbers to desired thickness.

  3. In a medium size mixing bowl beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

  4. Add in mayonnaise and dry ranch seasoning and continue mixing with hand mixer until well combined.

  5. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of baguette, top with sliced cucumbers, and sprinkle dill weed seasoning on top of each cucumber.

  6. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve. Best if eaten the same day.
